We are a registered NGO working for welfare of retired Defence personnel and widows of soldiers. Our efforts are aimed to be an inter phase between the individual ESM and the external environment, carry out liaison with Govt offices on their behalf to bring down the time delays and also to support them in various matters including employment assistance. Our activities are meant to deliver rightful welfare and also bring to notice of the Govt their concerns for remedy.
Lt Col Somaiah, President served the Indian Army for more than 3 decades in different levels and different places in India. He has held many important positions during his distinguished service. He has received many military awards for his devoted distinguished service. He has participated in KARGIL war. During the period of military service, he has undergone many training courses in Men Management, Safety, Computers, etc. After retirement, he is trained in Industrial Security & Fire Fighting conducted at DGR empanelled institute.
He was a committed Officer during his military service, the same attitude is being maintained by him even today in training our personnel in Industrial Security and Fire Fighting etc. He practices keeping healthy relations with the personnel while imparting training which, is a major positive quality of him in moulding the personnel.
Capt. Mahendra Ray, Chief Coordinator has served the Army for nearly 3.5 decades. He has started his career in the army in other ranks and rose to the level of Hon Capt. He has served at many places in India due to which he is acquainted with different Indian culture.
He has also undergone several courses during his service in the Army. He has developed a high standard quality of maintaining rapport with the personnel as well as organizations. After leaving Army he has joined this organization as General Secretary. He keeps excellent rapport with Defense organizations, Zilla Sainik Boards to mobilize ex-servicemen to enrol them on our rolls. He helps ex-servicemen by guiding them to choose their second career. With his rich experience, he is contributing a lot for the growth of the organization.
